In mid-July EPF learnt that Oying Rimon will be leaving his current role at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to take up a new role at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. He has been appointed as a Visiting Professor and Deputy Director of the Bill & Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health.

Over the past few years at EPF we have felt privileged and have greatly appreciated the chance of being able to work alongside Oying, and have benefitted immeasurably from the proactive, open and dedicated approach he has taken in his work. It has been a pleasure to work with him, we hope to stay in touch and we wish him all the very best in his exciting new role and all his future endeavours.
